"Chauron"

Presentation

This former 18th-century tenant farm was converted into a school for shepherds in the 19th century. It covers 140 m² on a single level.

There is a garden, parking area and terrace.

LaThe métairie Chauron is suitable for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms chambres with 2 single beds).

    • Large separate furnished kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher); living room with television designed for plenty of relaxation beside the brick fireplace with its wood-burning stove.
    • The dining room is separated from the living room by half timbering.
    • Bathroom (bath-shower), WC, cellar (ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer)
    • Terrace with table and garden furniture, barbecue.
    • Household linen provided: sheets, blankets, tablecloth, tea towels.

Ideally located at the heart of the countryside, it boasts a sunny terrace where you can take the time to relax and appreciate the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature.
The tastefully decorated interior is reminiscent of the attractive grand houses of the Bas-Armagnac area of the Landes: armchairs, a large fireplace, terracotta floor tiles, etc. This takes nothing away from the modern comfort.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which boasts a bed canopy giving you every reason to dream that you are one of the great Armagnac producers.
