Legal wording to be included in a form for the collection of data subject to a legal obligation. In compliance with the "Computer Files and Liberties" law of January 6, 1978 and European regulation No. 2016/679 concerning data protection, the personal information gathered with this form is for the purpose of first contact messages or requests for information submitted to the Landes Department and its services.

This personal data can undergo computer processing but will not be used for automated decision making or profiling. It is only kept for a period of 12 months (the limit imposed by the regulations and by the purpose of the processing).

The Department is the processing manager and the recipients of the data are the following: the Communications Department and all of the departments that are recipients of first contact messages or requests for information. None of the data collected is transferred outside of the European Union.

In compliance with the "Computer Files and Liberties" law of January 6, 1978 and European regulation No. 2016/679, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion, and also a right to the portability of your data or the limitation of the processing. You can also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data and give directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your data after your death. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission of Computer Files and Liberties (www.cnil.fr) or with the Public Prosecutor.
